Lauren will lead a gentle yoga practice focussed on the heart, gratitude and of course salutations to the sun! This will be followed by an outdoor sound bath held by Aga, The Intuitive Soul… Our evening will finish with a communal vegan curry, and time to chat, share and enjoy the longest day…
